After studying for 5 hours today I decided I want something delicious to fill my belly and drown my sorrow of another Saturday lost to studying.
My mother and mother-in-law both make amazing fried fish and I just recently learned how to make it. When I’m home I like to sleep while my mom cooks. I’m a lazy girl.
I just so happen to have 4lbs of Swai in my freezer that’s been waiting for me to cook it up.
I’m all about stream lining.
I normally get the original bag (it’s blue), but it tends to be on the salty side so I decided to try out the Cajun kind.
I like to cook my fish in a big frying pan, gently put on the top, and then play on my phone till its done. You know when they’re done when they’re golden brown and float.
